Are returns/exchanges accepted?
Due to the nature of squishies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for them and all squishy sales are final. Squishies are sold as received from manufacturers and may contain manufacturing defects such as air bubbles, paint imperfections, or paint chips etc. Since not all squishies are perfectly made, manufacturing imperfections are expected in them.
How long will it take for my package to be shipped?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. We currently ship 2-3 days a week, excluding holidays or when the post office is closed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal and Credit/Debit Card payments.
What happens if I make a fraudulent chargeback against your store?
Before you purchase, please ensure that you are fully authorized to make the purchase with the payment method that you are using.
An item was missing or damaged?
If an item arrived damaged/not as described or is missing from your order, please let us know on the day that you received and we will decide the proper compensation that we will provide to you. A partial refund may be provided for defective items.
