Are returns/exchanges accepted?


Due to the nature of squishies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for them and all squishy sales are final. Squishies are sold as received from manufacturers and may contain manufacturing defects such as air bubbles, paint imperfections, or paint chips etc. Since not all squishies are perfectly made, manufacturing imperfections are expected in them.




How long will it take for my package to be shipped?


Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. We currently ship 2-3 days a week, excluding holidays or when the post office is closed.




What payment methods are accepted?


We accept Paypal and Credit/Debit Card payments.




What happens if I make a fraudulent chargeback against your store?


Before you purchase, please ensure that you are fully authorized to make the purchase with the payment method that you are using. Buyers who create fraudulent chargebacks will be denounced PUBLICLY and may risk having their residential information disclosed. Buyers will also be blacklisted from doing any type of business with us in the future. *We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that appear fraudulent.




An item was missing or damaged?


If an item arrived damaged/not as described or is missing from your order, please let us know on the day that you received and we will decide the proper compensation that we will provide to you. A partial refund may be provided for defective items. Any damage communicated to us after the day it was delivered, or caused by the receiver does not qualify for any refunds.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the USA?


Yes we ship worldwide. Please note that any order of a large monetary value may have the chance of being refunded due to high risk of chargebacks. **International buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs, and fees that may be due at their country. Shipping paid at checkout does not cover these fees (if any).




My order was returned to Starry Squishies?


Please ensure that the address provided is accurate and complete. All address details including apartment/room number should be specified. If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address given, we will contact you for the correct address as well as send you an invoice for shipping out your order a second time. If within 3 days we have not heard from you and received a payment, we will cancel your order and refund you your order's total excluding the shipping cost. If your order had free shipping (we paid for shipping) and the package was returned back to us due to an incorrect address provided, we will refund you your order's total less the shipping cost that we have paid to ship out your order.
